The adjacent location of the Lublin City Hall and the Church of the Holy Spirit inspired members of kilku.com art collective to ask questions about relations of secular and religious authorities in their institutional form. The work is also an answer to the guiding idea of this year’s edition of the Open City festival. This is an example of Reciprocity clearly visible in the historical architecture of the city.
